Got the Strider Itch too!

So Ive been debating about an sng-cc or an SMF. I have big hands and I've never handled one of these knives before. My question is, how big is the SMF? As big as a Spyderco Military, just bulkier? Is the sng the one I want? Damn! I have to have one! Any input guys?

I just got the SMF today, to bad i dont own my milly anymore, otherwise i`d made you a photo . But yeah the SMF is a large as a milly IMO and as i can recall.

+1:thumbup: Its a pretty large knife, but i would spend the moeny and get a CC or DGG one cause the regular one is a pretty big boxy package to carry

A Buck Strider 889, 887, 882 etc. are the same size as an SnG.

Or go all out and get the Framelock AR. It's the beastiest beast of their folders!

I don't what you have to compare it to, but an SNG is about the same size as a Sebenza or equivalent.

Is there such thing as a, Strider SMF CC with the flamed Titanium Handle on one side and a smooth OD green G10 on the other side with the S30V StoneWashed blade? That would be perfect for me!

the Ti will be rounded like the g10...but im sure you could find that variation out there somewhere...it would be much easier to find the stonewash ti and blade though

I've been wanting a SMF for a while now. I'm just afraid that I'll get it and it will be too big. I do carry a SnG most days already.
