It is from Beirut. They only get about 6 inches.

Oh and the Umfann just happened to be in the shot. But I did get it today. It needs a lille cleaning up but what a find for me..

Tha's a 3" Hinderer he is trying to smell if it is edible.

Great Find !!! I like the design of the machining. I hope they bring the umfann back again. The turtle is cute. The pics make it look like a bigger turtle, but when you see how tiny the umfann is, the turtle really is tiny.

Yes it is a tortoise. It is from Beirut. A tort is a land dweller. Turtles have aquatic / webbed feet for swimming in water. This guy , like the knife, would just sink to the bottom.

Ya I like it as well. But since it does not have a clip I am afraid to carry it because it might slip out of pockets and lose it.

The knife might slip out of my pockets and get lost as well.

Cool tortoise. The knife is OK I guess. I mean if you like knives and stuff, its OK. For a knife it pretty good I guess. Its no tortoise though.

More seriously, they don't make that one any more do they? It must he rare. It looks great. My understanting is that they are kind of like the precursor to a Sebenza. Is that right? At first sight I thought is was a small Sebenza.

They stopped making the Umfaan. It is smaller than a sm seb. Much smaller. probably is why they stopped making them. Tolerences are harder to get.
