Well, they're not really new, new to me. I'm still in the dark ages, I don't have cable, let alone HBO. Maybe heavy body odor after a hard days work
. Anyway, I rented the first dvd of The Wire, Deadwood and Family Business. FB was terrible, I could've just gone to the back of my local video rental store for the same thing. Deadwood wasn't great, but I liked it. It didn't have any pep, no drive. It looked promising though. The Wire felt like something was going to happen, but it never did.
I also just rented the first two discs of Sopranos season 6, it's entertaining, but feels like an old car chugging along. I was going to finally hunker down and rent the Shield on dvd, but didn't feel like it.
