I rike it a ROT!
Gorgeous wood on the handle, nice recurve too. It seems to flow nicely from tip to tip.

Got Wood?

Well lets just say, I didnt before I saw that fine piece of cutlery.;)

Very nice!

Neil-

that juniper burl is absolutely beautiful!!!! -and the knife looks great too!!! :p ;)

Thanks Ya'all,

When I finished that knife, all I had was a sorry looking scan. These shots make it look a WHOLE lot better. I just thought I'd share the latest creation. Now I need 100lbs of that wood ;)

Neil

PS Amy, I enjoyed looking at your ad knives. I have a descent collection of old folders and have several of them myself.

dont get me wrong!
love the knife! gorgeous wood, sweet mosaic pins, and good clean grinds.

ITS TOO DAMN PRETTY FOR PLASTIC! :D :D :D

now send it on to Rowe for a proper sheath :p

This knife is imperfect in only one way--I'm not holding it!!!

As usual, Neil, great stuff. Thanks for the view.

Maurice,

I agree, Rowe is the way to go! This year I hope to use Kenny a LOT more for the fancier ones. I've been leaving this up to the customer as an option and many end up there after the purchase. Many customers tell me they like the very thin Kydex for IWB carry and the stabilized wood holds up well to the plastic when molded properly.

Coop,

Thanks!! I got to the end of the D2 bar and there was an inch and a half left over. Rather than waist it, I STRETCHED the pattern ;)
