Gov-Tac Sheath Issue

I just purchased a Gov-Tac and I'm really happy with it thus far. My only concern is the kydex sheath. The knife seems to be catching on something, but even looking into the sheath with a flashlight, I don't see anything obvious where the blade could be catching. It goes in relatively easily (especially after loosening the screws a bit), however getting it out is difficult. It's almost as if the sheath has an unmentioned retention device, or something similar. Anyone else had similar issues or any ideas to facilitate drawing my knife?
