I've been wanting to get a SOG fixed blade for a while and I was waiting until the local dealer got a shipment in so I could compare. Well, to my surprise, after a half hour of touchy feely with the Tech Bowie, Bowie 2.0, Seal Pup Elite and the Gov-Tac I ended up liking the Gov-Tac over the rest.

I found the blade shape to be more conducive to my type of use - nice and flat without too much of a curve at the point. The knife is nice and stout but very well balanced. This one doesen't get much press and may even be discontinued as I write this. So I'm wondering if anybody here has one and if so, how you like it for basic camp / bush use?
 
The Gov-Tac looks like a really good general use camp/field knife. Hoping to get one this spring/summer. Got any pictures of yours? It's definantly an under rated knife.

I have one, but haven't been able to bring myself to use it yet. Amazon.com has decent prices some with free shipping.
