Government Organizations

Does anyone know, or has herd of the a government organization named BlackHawk, or some variation of that name? My research said there a political assassination group, or mercenaries, or something like that.

Are you sure that they are a government organization and not a private security organization or what ever.

I have heard of blackwater, I'm pretty sure they maybe a private security company that has been contracted to do some work in some unstable places. A fiction book that I read not too long ago mentioned them, Kill Zone the author is Gunnery Sgt. Jack Coughlin a retired Marine sniper.
