This knife is aparently a copy of the Schrade 152. What is the history here? Did Camillus originally build the 152 for Schrade? Has Camillus taken up the slack since Schrade shut down? I'm buying one April 1 cause I'd rather had it by Camillus to start with. Just curious.(or was the Schrade a copy?)

The 152 'Grandpa' is a fine, fine knife, the one I recommend to people who can't find a Sharpfinger and need to choose between all the sharpfinger clones on the market.
No, Schrade didn't have Camillus make their sharpfingers, although Camillus has made many great knives for other companies over the years. The Schrade 152OT began production in 1974 and was made continuously until that company's demise.
