I have an impending move and have to purge a lot of my things to make it work. Also, I have to come to grips with the fact that my preferred knives are moderns, not traditionals. Going through my things has also taught me I have a serious tendency to overbuy, and I don't want to waste a lot of time parting out the traditionals. So I'm having a giveaway. Mostly these are boring but there are a few unusual ones in there, one that's very pretty (IMO), and at least one as ugly as a mud fence.
Here are the rules:
1) You must live in the US;
2) one entry per person, and your post number is your entry number;
3) the kicker: whichever of these knives you don't want to use or carry yourself you have to give away to others, be they friends or family you want to convert, or to other forumites. Based on the generosity I've seen in this subforum I don't think this is a hard sell.
I'll run this until 4/25 at 9 PM Pacific. If the winner doesn't have an e-mail link I'll advise him/her to e-mail me through mine so I can ship this lot out.
