Could anyone tell me if the razel has a double grind primary cutting edge,or is the primary edge one side grinded ( like a chisel )

Anyone have one. I like it a lot but can you really edc a fixed blade in your pocket?

Yes, you can.

Graham Bros includes a nifty pocket sheath that works quite well.

I don't carry it often, as here in California it's illegal to carry "concealed" fixed-blades, and I'm not sure how an LEO or DA would characterize a Razel carried in a pocket sheath, which "conceals" the blade, but leaves the handle in plain view.

I think in the end it would be okay, at least in part due to the obvious utilitarian design of the Razel, but who needs the hassle?

Yep, it's pretty easy to carry them in your pocket, as they are fairly small knives. I have one in the pocket of my jeans as I type this. The only problem that I've found is that it's hard to get at other items in the same pocket; my solution is keeping my change etc in my left pocket. After you do this for a little while, it becomes second nature.

Here's a pic of it in my pocket. (This is one of the straight-blade mid-techs, in a leather sheath. The kydex sheath sits higher.)

In response to the OP, the blade is hollow ground on both sides, while the tip is flat ground. Here's a size comparison to a Benchmade AFCK & Snody Activator (which is another choice for a small FB)
