I got my first Busse in 2015, been following since 2012. I've always wanted a gladius, but the high cost is elusive to a working man. I was finally able to score one, and it arrived yesterday.

I'd like to think this blade's journey speaks to it's heart as a survivor, it was held up due to the storms, visiting Florida, Houston, and Corpus Christi on it's way to me, as well as the iconic Texas cities of San Antonio and Austin.

It came on the exchange right as grab bag dings were coming out. Caught me by surprise. Big shout out to gatorzingo aka Jim for working with me and holding it several weeks for payment. everything I sold from grab bags went into this. Thanks Jim!

Thanks Tim that tire shot is one of the first that display if you Google Busse gladius

So you're saying you've seen it a time or two then over the years of your grail quest. ;) I have noticed that many of my old pics have reached that location over the years which is just fine as long as I am not in them too under some strange headline. o_O

Congratulations on a successful grail hunt, now what?

Beat this thing black and blue!

I'd like one of those snow holes. I'm really a user not a collector though.

I'd like to pick up a butaniku some day and a long gladius.

I've got the long bruiser Butaniku, it's chopped up several dead animals for dog food now and has that well worn look to it. The long gladius is probably going to be my next order with the custom shop should it ever reopen. I do love the INFI swords way more than any man should and they are fun to use too.

No more 5" limit in Texas ? Or was it 5.5"

It was 5.5. As of September 1, 2017, Bowies, spears, swords, daggers, FBMs, etc., all legal for adult carry, except in certain restricted areas (like schools, colleges, correctional facilities, houses of worship, bars, and some others).
