I've always wanted a regular Sebenza and I've always wanted to try out CRK serrations. I picked up a 02 Sm Regular for a great deal from an awesome forum member! This wil be my new EDC for awhile. Talk about killing two birds with one stone!

Way to go buddy!! I have the same from 2000 and it is my edc. I do like the serrations. Not to agressive, just right. At work right now but will send you a picture of it later today. I am sure you are going to be very happy.

So yours has the serrations on one side as well? Do they sharpen up like they aren't there?

Congrats on finding what you were looking for !

The small and large Regular are my favorite knives.

I can barely get my pinky finger on a small Classic or 21, but the frame of the small Regular allows me to position the index finger further up, which allows me to get the pinky on with ease.

yes mine are on one side. It came sharp and of course I could not resist putting on my wicked edge for a light touch up. That was at least a month ago and I have only put it on the storp a couple of times. I have takes 2500 wet/dry on a small dowl and hit the serrations, not sure if it did anything but it probably took off a ltttle burr from the shaprening.

That's awesome! Yeah I prefer a smaller knife for everyday stuff and the 21 is a bit small for my big ol hands. Good to know there's more real estate on the handle

Here is mine. Looking forward to seeing pictures of yours

Birdhunter, that small looks like a smiling shark...wicked sucker. I'm surprised to see so few serrations...rather widely separated, compared to some serrated knives that I've owned. That's not being critical at all; just an observation. I love Sebbies as well; can only use the large, and perhaps a Classic was the smoothest one I've owned. Of course, the Classic had the most use, and that likely plays a part. I am convinced that the serrations can really cut more efficiently in a number of situations, than the plain edge. Thanks for the pic.

You are welcome for the pictures (don't we all love showing off our knives). I love your description of a smiling shark, I kept looking and I could see it! It is a great EDC and the serrations do come in handy sometimes.
