Chris, what is the grain size of your BG-42? How high a finish do you put on the edges of the Sebenza's and do they retain any bite at a high polish?

Sorry to take so long to get back to you on this subject. Hectic happenings here at the shop! Currently Chris is in New York at the East Coast Custome Knife Show so I spoke with Scott, our workshop foreman.
To Cliff: the grain size of our BG42 is whole wheat size! Just kidding..couldn't resist! Actually, we don't have an answer to that question at this point. We don't have the equipment that would allow us to analyze the grain structure. As for the finish..we use a felt wheel with an aggressive polish and yes they do retain their bite.
To Johnny: yes..we cryo our BG42. A very essential step in the process.
Thanks,
Mark
