My gramps was the oldest living NASCAR driver when he died last Sunday at the age of 95. He was an incredible man who gave up the sport that he loved to be a father to his children, and a husband to his wife. He taught me a lot. I have learned the value of hard work, the price of devotion to family, and the importance of a faith in Jesus Christ. Gramps became a Christian over 50 years ago, and was steadfast in his determination to correct mistakes he had made and to pass a legacy of faith to his family. He has done both.
