Grandpa dies

have a little respect, youngster.

He was a cop long before he was a vampire.........

RIP.

My favorite memory of Grandpa is when he was doing a public appearance with Howard Stern and started shouting "**** the FCC!!!" over and over again. The expression on Howard's face as he scrambled to grab the mic was priceless.

Edited for language. KVC.

Sorry! I thought that cutting most of the word out with asterisks was OK - so long as the actual word did not show up. From now on I will use 4 asterisks instead of just 2! :(

How about we refrain from any foul language in here? ;)

I used to eat at his Italian restaurant on Bleeker Street. The food was mediocre, but seeing him bigger than life was something else.

Apparently it was so priceless that it even made the news:
"A Brooklyn native, Lewis continued to work throughout the 1990s and was a frequent guest on the Howard Stern radio show, where he memorably led an obscene chant against the Federal Communications Commission."

It's amazing that he was involved in so many things ! One article mentioned he had also received a Ph.D in Child Psychology !! Now when you see a bat it'll probably be him .
