I used to carry this ~65 year old Case Copperhead. Belonged to Mom's dad. Mom said he carried it since shortly after WW2. Said he had another (he was born in the 1890s), but she had no idea what happened to it. Mom gave me this knife a couple of decades after he died and a couple of years before she did. I quit carrying it after Dad lost his dad's knife. It now sits safely in my curio cabinet with other irreplaceable treasures.

When I received it, so much metal had been removed from sharpening, you could use the tip of the clip blade as a nail nick to open that blade.
