I finished setting up my KMG last night so here it is!

I made the bench, ran the electric and got the grinder installed all in the last few days and I'm glad to be back up and grinding.

That is pretty much my whole shop in the third photo.

I took the last picture from where I stand when I grind.

I for one am jealous. I want one bad.

Looks like I'll have to make mine.

If you do get a KMG you can get the motor from someone other than Beaumont and you will save a good amount of $$.

This thing is fun, I just made myself stop grinding! I have been at it since 11 am almost non-stop and have a good inch or two of filings in my bucket.

How tight do you guys keep the belts on this?

Do you use the tool rest for profiling only or what?

This is way different than my old craftsman 4x36 which I set up flat and with the belt running away from me, going to take some getting used to.
