Fantastic looking quality. How much extra space is in the pouch? Would an Eze-Lap diamond rod fit in there?

Chris.

Thanks Chris, As the pouch comes the inside width is a bit tight for the length of the Eze-Lap rod. However, I can certainty make any customizations to the width, length, or height as needed. If you place an order, just shoot me an email and let me know exactly what you'd like to fit in the pouch.

Looks like a beautiful piece of work. What I don't get is carrying something that small (the tin) in a pouch that big. Even with the firesteel and cord, it still seems like an overly large , over constructed package. I can't see it being comfortable on my belt and it would take up way too much space in my carry bag. But gotta say it does have that cool appeal!

If you use the pouch without the tin, it will allow to carry about double the amount of gear inside . The tin is more if you are planning to use the kit around water, it is an option for full waterproofness of a few important essentials. I personally use the pouch without the tin. I'll allow customers who have purchased it to chime in on its degree of comfort, but I assure you it carries in a very unobtrusive way. Many attach it to the outside of their packs (MOLLE compatible), but it's not meant to be carried inside of a bag.
