This is my Model 2 with Persian blade set up with my all new Gravitron assist in the tip up carry mode. I have been carrying this knife for 2 months using it every day, with over 1,000 openings on it at the time I shot this video. This is quite possibly the worlds first DA assisted opener, and is almost impossible to tell from a manual knife. I will be able install this in every model knife I make now and any future models. It needs absolutely no oil in the actual mechanism and it is the first prototype of two with the second being completely reversible from tip up to tip down carry by simply removing one bolster and flipping a small plate then re-installing the bolster with two screws. I will put a list of positive and negative things below and you decide if it's got potential or not.

POSITIVE ATTRIBUTES
1. No button to set it off in the pocket.
2. No sear to wear and cause tip rise.
3. Can be reversed from tip up to tip down carry with ease.
4. Double action operation.
5. Straight spring design for power that can be replaced in 5 minutes if ever necessary.
6. Right and Left hand ambidextrous opening.
7. Front or reverse grip opening possible when set up right.
8. Can't be set off by dropping.
9. Can't be easily identified as an assisted opener.
10. When opened manually for use the spring cannot be released accidentally or otherwise.
11. It can be installed in every folding knife design I make or will make!
Now for the NEGATIVE side.
1. Needs almost no oil and over oiling is a no no.
2. Must be angled to at least the minimum angle to operate, between 30-45 degrees which is actually natural.
3. Highly susceptible to being lost at parties! Don't set it down!
4. If lost, the lucky guy that finds it may never figure out it's true potential!
Let me know what you think!
