That scabbard is very pretty.

Is there and significance to the symbols/designs inside the Sword of Shiva? What about the circle at the end?

I was wondering the same thing... My Chit has the same markings and the circle too...

I have no idea what the designs mean, but I know that sgt's blades typically are decorated in a similar way with the circle at the end of the SoS.

Stunning blade  A real heirloom.

The Texicans ( bless their hearts) have a tradition of "barbeque guns", a fancy piece to wear on friendly social occasions. That would definately be a "barbeque khuk"

Thats some fantastic quality horn, lovely. Id love to see handles made of that sort of horn, its very hard to find nowadays.

In Nepal I was told by Dharan kami & Kathmandu dealers that the symbol in front of the "sword of shiva" were parewa aannkh or pair of eyes, based on Buddhas all seeing eye {or other dieties.} as seen on gates doorways etc throughout Nepal.

But there may be other terms as well.
