I don't know about yall, but I am starting to like gray coated blades more and more. They don't scream tactical, but the coating still cuts down on the reflection of the blade and also protects it, so it could be used in a tactical application. A gray coated blade looks more like a utility knife than a black coated one, so the knife doesn't scare the socks off people in public. I also don't want to be staring at a black colored blade all the time because its so common. I feel that gray can be tactical, and also be less frightening in public. It also seems like a breath of fresh air from all the black coated blades on the market these days. What are your thoughts on this subject? I realize it probably seems unimportant to some people, but to others it may matter.
