Grayman Knives contact info.

They only list an email address for contact info. Anybody have their phone number?

Email is pretty much you need to start - all my emails to Grayman get answered in a day or so, mostly even a few hours. From your post it looks like your email was unanswered - I am sure Sue will answer you pretty soon.

I've emailed back and forth various times, as I've had several Dua's.
Quick response; within hrs. Very helpful.

I got my response today. I needed a screw and asked them to send one for my Satu. They responded that they don't send parts but that I could send my Satu and 30 bucks and they could replace the screw. wow. 30n bucks for a screw. Are they that hard up for business. I guess I will stick to buying knives from production companies that provide great service and will send a screw when you request it. And for free. Thumbs down to Grayman customer service.

I have to agree that $30 is a bunch to pay for a screw...that shouldn't fall out in the first place. I'm surprised. I had two Dua's at this point, and both were excellent. I have NOT used their Customer Service (no need), so cannot speak to that. Send him another email, Check the screw size; perhaps you can match it at Grainger Industrial Supply. Link:

Too bad. Sorry for your problem.

Ive fixed it. A little disappointing to say the least. I would have even paid for it and for the shipping.
