Does anyone have experience with Grayman Knives. They look like a stout quality knife. I haven't seen anyone discuss them.

Thanks

IDK...maybe because all their blades have recurves and there's a lot of dislike for recurves around these here parts.

There are several threads on this already. IMO they are far overpriced for a sharpened piece of 1095 with uneven grinds. Simply because "that's how it will look anyways" is no excuse for sloppy quality.

I have had 5 and still have a couple of them. 1st off they are very crudely fashioned. this may have changed since all mine are about 3 years old or because the later ones I got seemed to have better fit finish than the earlier. It will probably be blockier and rougher than you excpect. Which is kind of hard to swallow when you spend that much on a knife. BUT. The owner of the company Mike HAS TO BE one of the best guys out there AMAZING customer service. I had some problems with an early S30V model and I will say I have never heard of a knife company taking the efforts he did to make it right. Also I believe that's one of the reasons they stopped using s30v. There cool knives and as solid as any out there. I would suggest staying away from there recurves as they have kind of a wierd thick grind and that along with a recurve equals a bitch to sharpen.
