Already aquired a dua folder, great tough beater blade but just wondering if i need a satu.
So does anyone know the lockbar cutout thickness???
 
Good question! (Welcome to Bladeforums :) )

I don't have either of them myself, but I do tend to go for the large size when available.
We have a lot of Grayman fans here, so I bet you'll have your answer soon.
 
I don't have calipers, but I can tell you everything about the Satu is bigger & thicker than the Dua. The knives are very similar just one is super sized.
 
Grayman's website says the liners on the Satu are 3/16".

Looking at the cutout, it seems to have been cut to about 1/8".

Just an estimate, based on the photos.
