Great Benchmade CS; and an observation on the mini-grip

I called BM a couple weeks ago regarding deep carry clip options for my mini-grip and they kindly sent me two deep carry clips free of charge in the mail. I received them two weeks later and put them on my mini-grip to carry this weekend...

What a difference!!!!

The pocket clip on the mini-grip always bothered me and I didn't carry the knife as much as I would have liked. It felt too tight and it made the small knife carry like a big knife. The deep carry clip completely transformed the overall carry experience of the mini-grip. The knife disappears into the pocket, and the tension is just right.

Overall, great CS from Benchmade and a real eye-opener on how something that seems to inconsequential can have such a huge impact on the overall carry experience for a folding knife :thumbup:

I've been carrying the Mini Grips for years. Still do... I have always carried them clipped into the watch pocket of my blue jeans, and never felt like it was a bigger knife, using the factory clip.
Everyone is different though. The deep carry clips do change the way they carry a little, and they look cool.
