great bm mystery

I saw a pre-pro bm about a year ago. it was a very small, silver handled bm940-<3 in.bl, and a gent's size. I have never seen one since...I know it existed, but has anyone else seen one?

It is my suspicion that these are what you are remembering, just as OwenM suggests.
