Great Buck Service

A note of thanks to Mr. Houser and all at Buck for the great service. It's always the smallest details that are the most telling.

To make a long story short, I needed a screw for my lightning but didn't want to send the knife back. So I asked for the screw dimensions -- instead, I got an envelope 5 days later with the needed part (with extras)! This type of service in such a short time (the mail to Canada is slow) is unheard of.

I'll second that about the great Buck service. I have always had great customer service from Buck. Once, I broke a blade while abusing a Buck knife. They replace the knife with no questions asked. Just last week, I sent a 25 year old Buck Special back for the restoration and edge 2000 treatment. I have already got the knife back! Wickedly sharp!
