Great Busse Service

Many thanks to Busse--especially Amy and Drew. They took immediate action on an handle issue I had w/ my SAR-4 and I just now unwrapped it after USPS delivery. Everything was taken care, turnaround was fast (especially given this was right after Blade Show), and the delivery was right on time. Warranty action was great and it was just a pleasure to deal w/ Busse and Amy and Drew in particular. You guys rock!
