Great customer service again!!!

I just received the other day my new CRK Aviator from the factory. I had special ordered it along with a brown snap sheath instead of the standard pancake sheath. Wow, it was worth the wait. Bridget does a wonderful job. The address I gave them changed and the knife was shipped back to the company. She 2nd day mailed my knife to me and it arrived exactly as she said. Very pleased again with CRK.

I second that opinion. I sent my Classic back due to some small pits (GASP!) on the blade. Bridgete has been outstanding in her email correspondence.

Currently, I have up to a 3 week wait for a replacement.
(As President Bush would say "Gawd Dang-it!")

Oh well.... Good things come to those who can wait.
