Great customer service (as usual)

I sent in my small Classic woody due to mismatched wood inlays. The color wasn't that far off but it bugged me. I listed my phone number expecting a call asking for a credit card number but Heather said it would be taken care of under warranty. Heather called today and my knife is on the way back.
I doubt that any other manufacturer would have covered that minor issue under warranty. I guess that's why I'm a repeat customer.

crk = great customer service. that is all that is needed to be said. glad they took care of you.
