Great customer service from Böker USA

I got this one back in the mail today. This poor neglected Böker Stockman was used daily in a former life when I built docks, boat lifts and marinas on various lakes in South Carolina between college and grad school. Sadly, I left it in my leather tool belt out in the shed for the past 20 years. The recent renaissance of my interest in knives led me to retrieve it from its unfortunate storage location.

As expected there was a lot of surface rust, with which I am slowly dealing. Anyhow, the Tree Brand emblem was missing. I wrote to Böker USA asking if they had a replacement I could purchase. Terry replied telling me to send it to him and he would replace it free of charge. So nice when a company stands behind their product, even when it has obviously been abused (or in my case) neglected.

Boker USA has TOP NOTCH service. I once had to deal with them years ago due to something of my own fault and it was taken care of.

Glad to hear it worked out for you.
 
My grandad's Schrade gets the leisurely retirement treatment. This one will be a user.
 
Its not just Boker USA that has great customer service. Iver dealt With Boker Germany a couple of times, and they are outstanding folks too.

Its about time people let others know of the GOOD service, rather than just the bad! its really good to hear of Boker doing this for you mate, thank you for letting us know of a great company that still has good ol' fashioned customer service! this
