Great customer service from CRK

Hey,

Just wanted to share a recent experience I had with CRK.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a couple of lanyards and beads from CRK. I had ordered a silver bead and blue bead, instead they sent two blue beads. I contacted CRK and asked them if I could return one of the blue beads and exchange it for a silver. This was their response:

"I am sorry about that, I will get a silver bead sent out to you later this morning.
Don't worry about sending the blue one back to us.
Have a great day and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.


Thank you,"

I really appreciate that they would go out of their way to ensure I am satisfied even though this is as insignificant as a CRK purchase can be. I think it shows a lot about their customer service that they answered immediately and went above on beyond no matter the size of the purchase. Makes me glad to be a CRK owner!
 
They often mess up my order and then let me keep the mistake and send what I actually needed. I dont mind one bit.
 
Yep. When it comes to service they are really old school. Too bad other companies don't get the loyalty it creates.
 
It is very nice to reach a person rather than the machine. It seems most of the time it's not even worth the effort to leave a voice mail with some companies. CRK is one of the leaders in customer service.
 
dealing with a company that has a owner not a board will often get you somwhere. just look at costco for example. garbage in any service but there prices are ok.
moral of the story is deal with a company that has a soul. and have a nice day.
 
I agree. I have dealt with them twice and both times they have gone above and beyond.

Sometimes you hear people complaining about CRK knives being a bit pricey for what you get, but I cannot see how they could justify that statement.

CRK goes all out for it's customers. You get what you pay for with them and then some.
 
I had a question and emailed them and they responded very quickly. I have not dealt with them much, but I always here good stories about their CS.
 
I have emailed them, called and talked to them ( Chris himself twice ), bought from them for years. The BEST customer service in ANY industry. Lifetime fan here and I will continue to support them always.
 
I have to agree as well. I recently emailed them inquiring about buying a wrench for a used Seb that I had just bought that came without one. They sent me one for free! My next experience will be with a spa treatment for the same knife.

I am in Australia and recently I emailed CRK about getting a lanyard pin and lanyard as I have recently bought a used small sebenza with gabon wood inlay and it didn't have the pin. I received a quick reply. So, after a few emails to confirm, I ordered a pin, lanyard, T-shirt, grease tube and a cloth. The package arrived very quickly and they had not charged me for the cloth.
I am Very happy with the service from CRK but Sadly, this is possibly my one and only Sebenza because the customs service is very strict about importing one hand opener knives here.
