One of my three Tank Busters came through with a very uneven point grind. Other two were just great.
Sent it back to the Cave on the 12th care of our beloved Amy. It came back today, the 23rd, point attended to beautifully.
That's 12 days with two way shipping and two weekends included. I don't know about you but that's just wonderful customer care.
Us long time Hogs know this, but I'm posting this thread for any new folks who may wonder if the stories they read or hear are true. the answer is a resounding YES!!!!!!!!
