Last week I contacted Benchmade about purchasing a new pocket clip, mine had become extremely scratched. I received an email the next day stating that I could not purchase one, but they would be happy to send me another of my choice for free. I just checked the mail today and received a chrome broken arrow clip. That's great customer service.

Welcome to the Forum, and yes BKC's Customer Service is hard to beat. :thumbup:
 
I'm pretty sure I'm on their "Do not send list" lol for how many times they've sent clips to me.. They probably have the best customer service around, Thanks BM :thumbup:

couldn't agree more with this thread. had an older benchmade/emerson cqc7 that was lacking 1 scale screw. contacted BM/csr service asking how to purchase one. in a week I received a new clip and a complete set of screws. a letter saying compliments of BM. how do you beat that? it's rare to find a company with superior products AND stellar customer service. what's not to like about these folks. best regards.
