Great Customer Service

I would like to take a moment to thank Mary for going out of her way to help me out with my Commander. I had a few minor problems with it. I spoke to her at the NY show, and without any hesitation she said not to worry they would take car of it. WOW!!! I can honestly say they have a customer for life in me.... Thanks Again

They've always taken care of me. Even for minor problems or requests such as a replacement screw which I gouged. Or a new pocket clip.
