Great customer service!!

Recently, I received another SOG Vision from an online knife dealer.
I already have a night Vision, and have bought a couple of Visions for gifts.
Unfortunately, this particular one was not up to SOG's normal high standards of fit and finish. (I was being picky though). The knife dealer would not allow me to return it without a restocking fee of 20%. So, I shipped it off to SOG's warranty dept. I was kept advised by a couple e-mails from Mike, and one from Ron. Friday, a brand new Vision arrived at my house, post paid, hand picked by Ron. All I can say is THANK YOU! If more companies shared SOG's commitment to customer service, we would all be better off. Ron, your a great guy and I appreciate all you do for all of us.

I remember your knife and unfortunately, it was not up to our standards. I'm sorry for the problems you encountered with our product, but I'm glad we were able to remedy this problem to your satisfaction. :)

Hey Ron, my Government has uneven grind lines (Needing a microscope to see them is besides the point) and a ton of scratches (I've used the knife for a year+ and every once in a while it gets scratched). Can you replace my knife, I think it's defective. Just Teasing:D LOL :P:D My Government is great and I would not trade it. It goes just about everywere with me and is holding up great.:D

Ron and everyone else at SOG are great to deal with. One more reason why I plan to buy more SOG knives in the Future. And I think I already know what I'll spend part of my tax return next year.;)
