I purchased my first Sebenza about 2 months ago. I bought this knife used. After I got the knife home, I noticed the pocket clip was putting too much pressure on the lock. I contacted Bridget at Chris Reeve and she told me to send it in and they would adjust it for no charge. I did this. When it was there,Bryan noticed the blade was ground off to one side, so he replaced the blade for no charge. Is that good service or what? This is the best customer service I have ever received. Proves again, that you just get what you pay for.
 
Good observation about getting what you pay for with CRK. The price covers more than just the knife, it is what we pay for the company behind the knife.
