Buck customer service is terrific as I found out. I sent in a Koji Dagger because the pins were showing through the bolsters. The knife was received by Buck on 5/23 and I received it back today. I expected the delay due to the move so that was not an issue. When I opened the package today I found the knife well packed and repaired perfectly. There was no charge for the work. Thanks Buck, a job well done!
