Does gec still make the #15 with a long pull and big swedge or do they only produce it with the standard nail nick now? And I would also love to see any pictures of the #15 with a patina if you guys have any.

Yes they do produce them with a long pull, depends on which sledge you're refering to. Like this one on my #15 Scout or are you looking for a clip blade with a long pull and sledge? Many of the TC Barlows have been made that way.

I've been looking for a long pull spear in ebony for several months now. Long pulls are available on the sheepfoot and the one-arm/razor, but I haven't seen them any any others for a while.

It's gonna take some hunting to find it on the secondary market. I doubt any are available new these days. That variant hasn't been made in a long time.

The latest runs (with a spear and pen) have had a crescent nail nick and a drawn swedge. I would imagine the configuration you want (long pull with a cut wedge) will be produced again, when is the question....

I also have a single spear long pull in red jig. That knife was my first GEC, the one that started it all. ;)
