I just purchased a Great Eastern Cutlery Northfield Un-X-LD #23 Liner Lock Spiral Cut Buffalo Horn. I’m waiting for it. Dose any one know who heat treats their 1095 blades and to what hardness? What kind of performance should I expect with it?
