Coming into work today, saw a moving business called Pack Rat. Thought of a great idea for a Swamp Rat knife or multitool. While I don't think Jerry would be interested in marketing a multitool, maybe a dual knife system? Large fixed blade and small fixed blade on a double spec ops style sheath? Maybe a one piece "survival" knife like what Chris Reeve has, and countless knockoff companies have made? I'm sure the Bully and Mrs Busse can think up something for this model. I just thought it was a great name for a multi tool or SAK style knife, put out by Swamp Rat.

Or, you could make the coolest Rat blade ever and call it the Rat Pack, ala Sammy, Deano, and Frank.

Where is the bowing icon :D?

;)

The Rat Pack:

It would have to be smooth, slick, and classic.

Nothing flashy or imposing . . . you wouldn't want to look at it and shout "HOLY RAT!"
No.
When you look at the Rat Pack you want people to sit back, put on their favorite Jazz or Rat Pack album, and say "that is one hell of a blade."
Just looking at the Rat Pack should make you a cool, smooth ladies man.

So, take a Gen 1 or 2 HR, cut it to leaner specs, put a smooth black coat on it, and slap a nice wood handle on it.

And it would have to be quenched in Scotch or a Martini. PERIOD.

Then you would have a blade worthy of the Rat Pack.

Before I sharpen, I always look at my Rats and yell "Holy Rat, guide my hand and turn this Walmart stone into a high dollar water stone."

:D
But, if you had a Rat Pack(TM) you wouldn't be so cheap, and would already have a good sharpening stone. ;) That's how the Rat Pack rolled!
Heck, you'd have a plethora of women there to sharpen your knives for you. The Rat Pack would make you THAT cool!

The Rat Pack: experience it!

How can the Swamp NOT produce this knife?

:D
