Here is something that Sher made and did not mark. It is 18 inches long, 5/8 inch max. thickness, and weighs 2.5 pounds. I am not sure what to call this style so we will call this simply a Sher special.

The fit and finish is Sher quality and so is the hardness which is 59 or 60 Rc. Karda and chakma very good and scabbard okay. HI superfrog excellent. At least the sarkis learned how to make a frog!

Price for this unmarked special is $95 delivered to you door. You will have to look a long piece to find as much knife for as little money.

Call or email if interested.

I'll say that this model is an excellent heavy duty utility khukuri and will acquit itself well.

: From my angle that looks as if it is a frward curving model.
Absolutely beautiful and one that would have tempted me as well. If it had of been about 7/16" thick I would have been quiet envious.

Khukuri FAQ

Yvsa, I think you are right and we may have called this a forward curving model, Sher's interpretation, on that twin that Robert got.

Every kami at BirGorkha will make a little different khukuri if you ask him to make a foward curving model and I actually like it that way. Great bunch of kamis with their own ideas and that is very hard to beat.
