This is the part I hate! When something is sooooo cool, that having just one isn't enough.

Yep....got my Rucki today.
 
Starting to make me glad I ordered two. Of course, I had planned to sell one...
 
How does it compare in hand to the Busse Ruck?

Looks like the handle has more meat on it?

Tip definitely looks pointier!

I couldn't come to a decision on blade/handle colors, so I ordered my top two. Artic White with red/black G10, and a Black blade with Black/Tan G10. I've seen a number of white with red/black pictures lately, so I am sure I am keeping that one now, but not sure if I can bring myself to use it. The black would be a better user, but I'm not sure I can afford to keep it. *sigh*

I suppose it doesn't help that I'll have a Rodent Solution and a Ratmandu coming in the same shipment. That will be one heck of a ding to my CC!

Bottom is the Rodent Rucki, and the one above it is the Busse Ruck. The RR handle definitely looks meatier, and the tip IS a LOT pointier! :D
 
They are pretty cool, and I don't really want to get another one but arctic white and orange G-10 looks pretty sweet :o
 
I wasn't gonna do it... Wasn't gonna order any Rucki's. Figured I'd be happy with the Rucks I have... Well, I couldn't hold out any longer and placed an order. Now the wait begins...if I'm not too late that is. :o:)

Almost went for that combo...Might still go for it. It would certainly be hard to lose! :D

Ordered a matching pair of tanker gray Ruckis with black/red G10 last week - one for each hand, baby!!!!!!

Personally I prefer the Rucki handle over the Ruck's. I mean the difference isn't much IMO, but it's there. In fact, to be completely honest.....Please don't mention this to Jerry.....the only thing that the Busse Ruck has over the Rucki is that the Ruck is INFI. Other than that....I'd take a Rucki over a Ruck any day of the week.

Eric is right. Resistance is futile.

I certainly lusted over it, but figured I had other priorities. Then out of curiosity I emailed Eric to see how long the wait was for Arctic w/ Red & Black G-10. He said it'd be 4-6 weeks, but also said he had an Arctic w/ Black Canvas ready to ship. I couldn't say no to that! I ordered it last Friday and it came on Tuesday. Although I really wanted the Red & Black G-10 (blood on snow being a favorite color of mine,) I am still very happy with it. I like the feel of Canvas Micarta over G-10 anyways.

I don't have the Busse Ruck, but from the pictures, I definitely prefer the look of the Rucki. The tip is FIERCE! If you're on the edge about the Rucki, I say go for it!
 
I've been using the Rucki a lot, and I think there's 1 change to make and it would be perfect. It needs to be .22" thick :D
