Great Praise for Camillus

Sorry if this is a little long, but I think it's worth it. Here is the story.

A few months ago I fell in love with and bought a BK&T CU7 at first sight, it was exactly what I had been looking for for quite a while. Anyway after only having it a short time I got it out to show to my brother, and when he put it back in the sheath he didn't have it striaght and when he met resistance he "shoved" it in and the knife actually cut the kydex insert about 2 inches down from the lip. I e-mailed BK&T lst week explaining what happened and asking the price of a new sheath, not even remotely expecting them to replace it because it was entirely our fault, not a defect, so imagine my surprise when today a package showed up UPS, with a brand new sheath, and a $0.00 invoice.

In todays world of bad customer service being rampant, it is great to see a company that still not only cares, but goes out of there way like this.

I can promise them they have not sold me my last BK&T.

very good business to have great customer service. Happy
customers come back and very often .........buy more of your
product. Everybody wins.......:D :D :D
