I must agree with Ellis. The people at Emerson Knives are very friendly and provide great customer service. As I am writing this reply I am looking at my CQC6 which I sent back for service

. It arrived at their shop on Monday and I received it back on Thursday of the same week. That's a 4 day turnaround!

Everything is perfect and I couldn't be happier. Cudos to all at Emerson Knives.
