Great slicer, Great steel!

I am very happy customer as I believe Rick did excellent choice when he decided to use s35vn for the slicers. :thumbup:

This steel is difficult to beat for this type of applications. I have my experience with my Mule in this steel and it has proven to be the one I always come to when I need an extra sharp blade for a job. It is also easier to put the edge on as compared to s30v.

I have another Mule in M4 and s35vn outcuts the M4.

Here is the link to cutting tests done by Jim. Excellent video, as usual. If you search you will see other knives and steels tested by Jim and s35vn is the champ!

Nice knife. My Fatty slicers are both S35VN. I had no previous experience with the steel but so far it has impresses the hell out of me.
