Great Vic Service Experience

I previously mentioned that on July 21, I needed to send one of my well cared for but used Vic SAK's in for warranty work after it developed a problem (that I am nearly positive was not my fault). Today I recieved a package from vic, and enclosed was a replacement knife of the same model- new in the package. Excellent Service:) :thumbup:

I sent it to their address in Shelton, Connecticut- which is the address of Swiss Army Brands Inc.- the US importer.
 
You were fortunate indeed, then. Some of us who regularly frequent SOSAK have had less than stellar experience with the U.S. repair service. I'm glad that it worked well for you! :)
