This knife has really caught my eye and I want to know if any of you guys have this or any other Greco knives and what you think of them.

I have a couple of Greco knives. Very solid blades...great bang for the buck. I really like the Dangler for its size. It fits my hand well, and I got a kydex sheath with it when I bought it from another forumite.

great Knives, I like the dangler as well:D As said above very solid and great bang fro the buck;)

I have a 1)flat grind Companion, 2).210" MkIV, 3).210" Grifon folder, and 4)Dangler(love it!). All in 8670 steel, all great blades. You can't go wrong with a Greco. In the Decenber issue of Blade magazine, in an article titled "Best CUT For The CASH" Grecos were listed as "great blades for the money"

It is a great blade for the money, and as I have one of the MST IV flat grind.
The handle is larger than I thought... I suppose it is for a better grasp for bigger/gloved hands.
I don't have much wilderness experience, but I suppose that the edge that Mr. Greco puts on is very suitable for the tasks at hand. And of course, it couldn't be any better at the price of $50 when I got mine.

I just received the flat grind Whisper fighter in the mail. I am very pleased with this knife. It has a 5" inch blade and handle that is just large enough. It is very tough to find a fighter for less than $100. I got this one for $50 plus $10 shipping from www.cqcknives.com. It also came a good quality leather sheath. This model was sold out several times when I checked the website but it eventually came available.

I've purchased both the MK IV and the Whisper in flat ground, and frankly don't know how you can find a better value on a tough, hard use knife. They may not be fancy, but they work. Nice sheaths also. The MK IV is about 50% heavier than the Whisper, but what balance and feel it has. It has a working butt, (glass breaker or impact purpose), as well.
Very good value.
