Green Beret 7 inch Knife serrations

I just received my 7 inch Green Beret knife and I think I will enjoy owning it:thumbup:. I have noticed in all the pictures on the internet including the CRK website that they all have 6 serrations in them but mine only has 5:eek:. Does anyone know if there was a change in design? I bought it from Knives ship free.
 
CRK does make subtle changes from time to time. I am sure its a change that Chris felt necessary. You can always email them and ask them, they will respond right away.

Thanks for the quick response and I think I will take your advice. I thought that they may have taken out one of the serrations for add strength of the blade maybe.

The way the serrations are filed means they are staggered, you can have one more filed on a particular side than the other.
