Green Foliage Aluminum Lum Chinese - 3 washers?

I just bought a Lum Chinese Folder in the foliage green aluminum handles and it has 3 bronze washers, 2 stuck together on the lock side and 1 on the front. Is this the normal configuration? The knife has some opening and closing issues that I think may or may not be due to the weird washer configuration.

Pretty normal on some older liner locks. I recently reassembled a Lum Tanto and it has three washers.

Yep I've had numerous spydercos with 2-4 washers.
